Please carefully review the following tules, policies, and disclaimers. By using Cybercrime Investigations & Prevention Organization, you agree to abide by these terms.

1.You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this community to
post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive,
vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening,
invasive of a person’s privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree not to
post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you. If you feel that
an application or service listed and/or reviewed on our site is infringing copyright,
please let us know. If you would like to report a claim, please provide the
following:
i. A physical or an electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed; ii. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site reasonably sufficient to permit CCIPO to locate the material; iii.Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email; iv. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and v. A statement by you that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you, made under penalty of perjury, are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner’s behalf.
2. Although CCIPO does not and cannot review all of the messages posted and is not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason at all. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless. 3. CCIPO also reserves the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you. 4.We reserve the right to terminate any membership without refund for any reason or no reason at all. Decisions of the judges are final. 5. CCIPO is not responsible for anything you post. If you are a developer and you post an application to CCIPO, you are liable for any and all copyright infringements/legal violations. 6. CCIPO collects private data such as your e-mail address and IP Address, by submitting cybercrime reports you agree to this. 7. Any service that CCIPO introduces may, at any time, be terminated without prior notice. 8. Your use of CCIPO is on an “as is” basis. We by no means guarantee ANY FORM OF PERMANENT HOSTING AND/OR UPTIME. 9. While your happiness is at the forefront of our thinking, and we continue to innovate and strive to create the most pleasant experience, there is no absolute guarantee that CCIPO will conform to your standards. 10. We reserve the right to at anytime, change our terms of service. trade-names, service marks, logos, domain names, and any other distinctive brand features.
